These Terms govern all interactions with Arrowizo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including content, services, and transactions. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. If you represent an entity, you warrant authority to bind said entity.

“User”: Any visitor, subscriber, customer, or affiliate interacting with the Site.
“Content”: Text, images, code, software, products, and services offered on the Site.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Legal Compliance: Use the Site in accordance with all local, national, and international laws.
Security: Maintain account confidentiality; notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities:

Site Use & Third-Party Disclaimers
No Endorsement: References to third-party products/services are informational only. We assume no liability for their quality, safety, or legality.
Service “As Is”: The Site is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement).
Risk Assumption: Users are solely responsible for:
Verifying content accuracy.
Implementing data backup/security measures.
Assessing internet-related risks (e.g., malware, phishing).
Limitation of Liability
Arrowizo shall not be liable for:
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, business interruption).
Claims arising from:

Third-party conduct or content.
Technical failures beyond our control.
Cap on Liability: Where legally permitted, total liability is limited to fees paid to Arrowizo in the preceding 6 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Account Management & Termination
Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violations of these Terms.
Suspicious activity (e.g., >30 site creations/month without justification).
Legal compliance requirements.
Effect of Termination: All licenses revoked; user must cease Site use immediately.
Survival: Sections 4–7, 10–11 remain enforceable post-termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: Governed by laws of [Odisha/India], excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Legal Venue: Disputes must be filed exclusively in state/federal courts within [India, Odisha], USA.
Time Limit: Claims must be initiated within 1 year of the incident.
Class Action Waiver: All disputes resolved individually; no class/representative actions permitted.
Payments & Refunds
Fees: All purchases are final unless stated otherwise in product-specific terms.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension and collection efforts.
Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to terminate accounts with refunds if system abuse is confirmed.
Policy Updates
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting.
Material changes (e.g., arbitration clauses) will be notified via email or Site banners.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
Assignment: Arrowizo may transfer its rights/obligations without user consent.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Force Majeure: Not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
