80% refund if canceled within 72 hours of project start
50% refund during active development
No refund after final approval
Digital Marketing:
Pro-rated refund for unused prepaid months
No refund for completed service periods
Dropship & POD Empire
15-day guarantee: Full refund if our elite support can’t resolve any issue within 48hrs”
Conditions:
Request within 7-15 days of issue
Key deliverables not met per agreement
Non-Refundable Items
Completed design/development work
Third-party costs (ad spend, stock assets)
Strategy documentation and planning sessions
Delays caused by client-side hold-ups
How to Request a Refund

Review Period: Assessment within 3 business days
Resolution:
Approved: Refund processed within7-10 business days
Denied: Detailed explanation with alternative solutions
Special Circumstances
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics)
