1. How we deliver
All services are delivered electronically: design files by email or cloud link, websites and stores through staging and live URLs, and admin access to the accounts we set up in your name. Reports are shared by email or a live dashboard.
2. Typical timelines
- Template dropshipping store: 7–10 business days.
- Custom store or business website: 3–8 weeks.
- Print-on-demand design collection: 1–3 weeks.
- SEO and ads: onboarding in 5 business days, then weekly or monthly reporting.
Your proposal lists the exact dates for your project. Timelines start once we receive payment and the content we need from you.
3. Acceptance
A deliverable counts as delivered when we send it or its link to you. You have 5 business days to review and request changes within the agreed revision rounds.
4. Physical products sold in client stores
Dropshipping and print-on-demand stores we build belong to our clients. Products are shipped by the client’s suppliers or print partners, and the store owner sets shipping times, costs, tracking and returns. Arrowizo is not the seller of those products. We draft a shipping policy for each store during setup.
5. Delays
If a delay is caused by us, we’ll tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date. We’re not responsible for delays caused by missing content, third-party platforms or events beyond reasonable control.
